The Singerly Fire Company policies and procedures for the release of Patient Care Reports comply with state Public General Law. The Department seeks to make it as easy as possible to obtain records. Please help us provide the report you need in a timely fashion by sending all of the required items and payment. Walk-in requests are not accepted.
